SYLHET: Tension runs high on Bangladesh-India border as the Indian border security force, BSF, started movement inside Bangladesh land on Friday morning.

The BSF, however, intercepted Bangladeshis from entering into the area.

The fights with between BSF and BGB is not like you think it is. Matter of fact, I think in 2002, the BDR dismantled the BSF when they tried to occupy(as usual) lands illegally. Almost 20 or so BSF soldiers were killed. The current awami regime is not doing its job. Hopefully, when the next BNP regime comes along, the BSF will be eradicated when try to occupy any of our lands.
I am a complete anti jamati and I think they should be kept out of power as much as possible, but arming them at the border is not a bad idea. The BGB should consist of Jamaatis, so we know they are doing their jobs and know they can't be bribed.

The government is the servent of the people, not the master. The locals there were not informed of the land swap deal even though the land belonged to them. Furthermore, Bangladeshis are against the idea of giving this peice of land away as bangladesh earns a lot of money from a land port situated there and local businessmen fear that thousands of workers may get laid off if the land is handed over to india.

If one observes the threads, most of it is anti Indian or showing obsolescent equipment as a wonder of the world or showing something that looks like a water storage tank as a tank, or go into ecstasy and think one white helicopter of Bangladesh with the UN is the whole effort of the UN and then if your reply, it becomes trolling!

And then, everything of Bangladesh has to have the prefix 'strategic'!
