Hindus as minorities haven't indulged in large scale riots in either of BD/Pakistan. I mean I haven't seen Hindus in BD/Pakistan threatening Muslims, killing Muslims in riots, destroying mosques, assassinating Muslims for hurting their religious sentiments. Pakistan/BD really shouldn't have any complaints about Hindus/Buddhists, etc.
Even then, why are they suffering the brunt of this?

So why doesn't India send in a peacekeeping force to protect Hindus like in Sri Lanka ?
Or is Bangladesh justified in saying "It is our internal affair "

No it doesn't. There is no secularism in Bangladesh. It is remarkable how muted the world and Indian press is over this. If this had happened in Pakistan then India would have summoned the lone lower level Pakistani diplomat left in Delhi to "protest ".

Govt establishments, press club attacked in B'baria, rail communication suspended


Hefazat-e-Islam men have unleashed mayhem in Brahmanbaria amid the countrywide general strike on Sunday.
The protesters torched several places of sadar, Ashuganj and Sarail after 11:00am on Sunday. They also carried out vandalism in several places. Witnesses said law enforcers and government establishments were the main target of attack. Journalists were also attacked.
Witnesses said calls were made from Brahmanbaria sadar thana mosque to peacefully observe the hartal from the morning. The announcement also urged the protesters not to carry out any attack.
But, Zila Parishad building was torched after 11:00am. Air conditioners were blasted after several rooms of the building were set on fire. Sur Samrat Alauddin Kha Sangitangan, pourashava building and upazila land office were vandalised and torched. Sadar police station and press club were also attacked.

There's not a fullscale war like in SL, the Hindus in BD haven't take up arms. And that's precisely my point. Hindus as minorities in BD and Pakistan aren't involved in converting Muslims to Hinduism, killing people for offending their faith, making videos against Muslims, destroying mosques, grouping together and rioting, etc. So why do they unfortunately have to face attacks? I'm also talking about Buddhists and Jains here.
