Tragically, Government instead of treating the root causes of the problem is trying to treat the symptoms.

Considering it's already banned in Pakistan, I wonder whether Pakistanis beat Indians in being modern versions of idol worshippers of pre Islamic Arabia.

here is the difference
it is not banned but you get a jail time
when you ban something,it loses its effect
it does not lose its effect in pakistan
a triple talaq is considered talaq but the person is jailed
while in india you hindus are trying to change islam by banning it altogether as if it could change its status,which it cant,whether triple talaq is banned or not,it still is a talaq in islam
listen,it does not matter what you idol worshipping hindus think,islam cannot be changed period
if india passes a law baning islam,which is sort of what they are trying to do with banning triple talaq
it would cause an insurgency so big that no amount of hindus will stop.

That will be a glorious day for this country


It's a paradox when you speak of modernity and a practice like triple talaq in the same sentence. Practices that do not treat women at par with men have no place in a country run through universal adult franchise, Islamic or not.

There is nothing wrong in courts decision. Court banned instant tripple talaq.

Court cannot make laws under normal circumstances, so it banned the instant triple talaq and asked the government to make laws relating to prevent instant triple talaq.

I do not 'worship' anything, your presumptions are misplaced.
Sounds very convenient to be a male in your religion now doesn't it? I am glad the women got what they need. You can be obsolete in your thoughts and be glad that you are in Pakistan much like how I am glad that I am not in it.
It's not that you 'chose' your religion after careful unbiased analysis, you were born in it.
