Why we comparing F-16 with LCA?

Because the member i quoted had earlier stated that F-16 is limited to 25 degree AoA compared with LCA's 26 degree AoA.

Genius.

And the Tejas has a better ITR.
Plus point for Deltas...

Yes, but what happens after that initial turn is what matters.....in close air combat you are dead if you cannot gain your speed back quickly.

Tejas is a delta winged fighter so its STR would be lower but ITR would be greater than comparable aircraft

I know and i agree with that, except what i am interested in knowing is how good is Tejas at reclaiming it's lost energy back during a STR after the initial IT.......... for example JF-17 pilots have stated that JF-17 doesn't lose as much energy as F-16....and F-16 is already very very good at conserving the speed.......so it would be interesting to know that while Tejas can pull a higher ITR.....what does it do after that?

Also, no one answered my earlier query regarding the MAWS on Tejas....which states it's operating altitude as sea level to 6 km......

The Cobham quartz radome has delayed the FOC

Any way the DAY the DERBY BVR missile is fired
ALL comparisions with JF 17 will come to an end

And JF-17 has already fired dual-mode SD-10 A. What's your point ?
