Torture is not proved as per report sent to the CM by the Deputy Commissioner, in a tv update.

So it was accident during the PT. Thread title needs to be changed. The kid is waiting for medical board meeting then he may go abroad.

TV bulletin (Geo/Dunya News) reported different or incomplete story. DC Larkana has abandoned the inquiry stating one board is already investigating.
