Mine is showing only 2g and 3g option. :(
i just checked your model details.only N7000 At&t version supports LTE.
First of all, verify if you have At&t model or not. If yes then you just have to google search the frequency band your telecom provider bought for LTE services. Or you can search other companies LTE frequency band & convert to it to enjoy LTE.

You just have to match this LTE band while searching.

LTE band 4(1700/2100), 17(700) - AT&T

Beyond 600 dpi means tablet mode !!!

If you don't know what LTE or WCDMA is please don't touch anything!!!

+ if you are not using data connection for Internet, please set network type on GSM only!!!

I would like to run lte/4g on my at&t 640 model.
