Not that it is very hard to deface an unsecured website.

So is nacen.gov.in. It seems that that address was abandoned and website moved to nacen.in which is working fine. Teammodi.in is not working, so it seems a DNS hack where hacker is redirecting request for teammodi.in to (so it is DNS server that got hacked, not the website) his own page, but unfortunately forgot to add all subsequent pages too.
