I doubt that the President of Turkey could ever be capable of this, as it constitutes "direct" meddling in another country's affair. Because that is NOT the character of President Erdogan, who seems to be a man of integrity. A request such as this, from one head of state to that of another head of state, is like Prime Minister Imran Khan asking Turkey's President to allow Gulen to enter Turkey. So whoever is spreading this information should have hard evidence, otherwise he/she ought to put a sock in it and shut the hell up!!!
