How about the cost ? Including both hardware and the software ? how much will it be ?

It shouldn't cost more than 200$ per device. A nexus galaxy phone costs about 300$. It shouldn't be more than that if mass produced for over 1 million soldiers.

But what I am talking about was that such a large scale project can produce many spin off small companies which can become global competitors to chinese manufacturers. This project has a huge scope if done in an indigenous and pragmatic manner.
