All this is amatuer dramatics. Artillery is a blunt instrument. To hit terrorists requires finesse. Intelligence led, precision special forces with small footprint. Furthermore for such a operation to be carried out in Lahore would need terrorist local assets that provide support. This needs police/special forces/intelligence effort. Not lay a barrage of artillery for show.

Madaris and religious groups across Punjab and Pakistan need scouring - most need closing down. When you have shrines for killers like Qadri this tells us the problem has innfected the inside of Pakistan. Finding scapegoats or outsiders will NOT solve the issue. Those in power need to finally resolve to filter all of Pakistan. As long as this is not done firing artillery is like "Hawai firing". Lot of sound but entirely useless.

*I just hope this does not turn into Pakistani version of the Indian surgical strike. Just lot of political show but lacking any substance. Assuage the angry public that things are being done.

Common man... please... Do you even know that PA doesn't need to go inside to take them out? I mean the level of ---- on PDF is increasing at an alarming rate..
