Targeting Indian Oil Refineries

No, correct. We've already established that Pakistan has captured more land in 1965 than what is admitted by others, as proven by my pictures of Pakistani troops in Munabao and Krishenagrh despite India denying that such land was ever captured.
It's a fact that pakistan captured more Indian territory than vice versa.
But Indian gains were in important areas while pakistani gains are on rajasRaja desert.

No, India did capture more territory. Most third-party assessments show that. But India did capture strategic parts, mainly Hajj Pir Pass that secured its position in Kashmir. Outside of Kashmir, the only territory Pakistan was able to capture was land right along the border in Rajasthan and the Rann of Kutch.

Semi-true, whilst most of it wasn't terribly important, it's not like Pakistan didn't gain strategic land either. Again, your army shat itself thinking we were on our way to Delhi. And a lot of land India captured wasn't terrifically strategic either.

Media headlines

I have given MANY more sources than just media headlines.

But on the ground was a different story

Again, the facts I've presented have proven otherwise.

The facts are by attacking Lahore, the IA succeeded in preventing Pakistan from invading Kashmir

Nope, Pakistan still captured parts of Kashmir and made enough gains to (once again, I will repeat it) make your army worry about us capturing Delhi. Your attempt to take Lahore was also crushed, and Pakistan managed to gain land in the south too.

Also, India was the one that started the war by crossing the IB on the 6th of September. India was the aggressor.

but those were put to rest

Doesn't seem like it considering how willingly your military signed the ceasefire, as well as the fact that Pakistan successfully won the last battle of the war, halting India's advance in the Punjab.

why do you need to take down oil refineries?

A serious Indian aggression can not be ruled out. In that scenario, Pakistan would be on the defensive, you don't win wars on the defense. We need an offensive component. I recommend striking at economic targets. India was not an oil importer in the past wars to the extent it is today. They have foolishly built large refineries 130 mi from our border. Can you wage a large modern conflict and maintain high growth without diesel, kerosene, and petrol?? Nope...

Pakistan gain strategic territory in Jammu.
Pakistan backed off when Lahore was in danger.
IA was close to Lahore, it was a strategic success

No it didn't, we kept on fighting until the ceasefire was arranged. We maintained our forward positions down south and up north.
So does india

It tried to go further and got absolutely crushed.[/QUOTE]
You mean India lost it's armor and men hugely, then pakistan did us a favor by signing cease fire

And what started this all? It was your operation Gibralter, which was supposed to capture Kashmir from India. PM Shashtri knew that there were not sufficient troops in Kashmir to hold of a Pakistani invasion, so he ordered an attack on the Lahore Sector to divert Pakistani troops from Kashmir. Pakistan was forced to divert its army to the defense of Lahore, and India was able to capture Hajj Pir Pass, securing its position. Pakistan then launched a counter offensive in Indian Punjab(Khem Karan, which was unsuccessful), and Rajasthan. In the end, Pakistan came no closer to capturing Kashmir than it had before. It wasn't a complete victory for India, but it was by no means a Pakistani victory.
Ok, you won all wars with Pakistan, now happy, so what next @Cobra Arbok
