He and Lal topi both are drama queens. Saying this kind of stuff is bread and butter for them.
1. Any army personal is trained to fight enemy not distribute sweets and throw red carpets to invading forces
2. He mentioned US,Russia,India,China but he forgot that the huge land is the advantage and luxury that all of the above enjoy. It's not the case with Pakistan.
