Major Mian Raza Shah, OC 'C' Sqn of the 11ᵗʰ Cavalry, would make the ultimate sacrifice the very next day, not far off from the Tawi River, in the squadron's last tank. recommended for the Nishan-e-Haider; awarded the Sitara-e-Jurat. hailed from the Kakakhels of Charsadda.
