Type-59 with some modifications and its modernized version the Al-Zarrar Tank.seems to be from the t-55 family. What tank is it ?
with this kind of fire power and air strikes being brought about in civilian conflict, what are the chances that post this all is over, the world bodies will come out with resolution after resolution against pakistan like they are currently doing it for Sri Lanka
T-59 + T-69 + AL-Zarrar are / have been used in FATA ops. AK is too heavy to be used in FATA.
AK is for the plains and desert of Punjab/Sindh.
as usual negative comments by indian fellows
Wow! Nice modification! But will it stand a hit from an RPG?
Secondly, can it swivel around independent of the turret?
LOL Pakistan is powerful country not Srilanka.with this kind of fire power and air strikes being brought about in civilian conflict, what are the chances that post this all is over, the world bodies will come out with resolution after resolution against pakistan like they are currently doing it for Sri Lanka
Its Sakab ACV. Lets not give indians a heart attack with calling it Kasab.Wouldn't be such a bad idea to deploy Kasab Armored Command and Control Vehicles to deploy and control UAVs along with tank movements. It can help us develop recon, target acquisition concepts to be deployed later against a conventional threat.
Are these used for Infantry support roles or independent roles? Judging by terrain and need i think Infantry support is their best suited role.T-59 + T-69 + AL-Zarrar are / have been used in FATA ops. AK is too heavy to be used in FATA.
AK is for the plains and desert of Punjab/Sindh.
Nah.. We are used to having terrorists as revered political and charity leaders in Pakistan. Whats an ACV named after a terrorists after thatIts Sakab ACV. Lets not give indians a heart attack with calling it Kasab.
