My friend, this was not even a blitz. Taliban just walked into cities and the Afghan army surrendered without a fight. What is more likely is that Taliban made a deal with the USA to enable their takeover of the country, with the Taliban agreeing to some terms and conditions from the USA.

It was a walk in the park. The US/NATO arrogance has been completely shattered. The US/NATO was really convinced that the ANA soldiers they had trained were going to do their dirty work LOL There has been mass desertions among Afghan army units.

Loyalty cannot be bought. You should read the comments of average people in Western media. There is total disbelief how easily the Taliban walked into the entire country without zero resistance. The Western people have been lied to by their governments and military leaders.

all implications for Pakistan are good. Afghanistan will be a huge opportunity for Pakistani construction companies.

The libturds are throwing fits. LOL they lost and are now trying to spread fake news. The good news is that libturds have no future in Pakistan. Little by little they will be isolated and their software updated.

For the first time Pakistan today has a golden opportunity to extend CPEC into Afghanistan and beyond. The regional countries are united. The US/NATO actions have united Pakistan, China, Iran, and Russia. Afghanistan will reap the benefits. All obstacles have been removed. Indians have been evicted and so have the US/NATO spoilers.

Send Taliban to Kashmir. The biggest favour u could do to genocidal Modi waiting for a good reason to the sell the world for next surgical strike on Pakistan or ultimately, war with Pakistan.

Don't even think of it for at least 10 years, your armed forces are incompetent and if you are somehow relying on US Administration, you can see what just happened in neighborhood.

The reason we can't kick out the BLA is because their bases are in Afghanistan. At least this Afghan government will cooperate with us to take them out.

If you’ve been noticing their actions this time, they’ve been a lot more careful, a lot more diplomatic. They’re image conscious, they want the world to see that they’re a legitimate political movement and not just a bunch of militants or terrorists. Mostly it has worked to their favor so far, they’ve been winning national support for it and they can use it as leverage on the international stage as well.

But not everyone among them thinks the same. The Taliban isn’t one group, it’s a bunch of groups of people joined together for a goal, that goal starts differing once they come to power; Taliban are freeing TTP and AQ terrorists as well. While we’re surely enjoying this victory, there’s a test ahead for Pakistan as well. These guys don’t exactly love Pakistan either, only we can stand for ourselves. Some parts of the Taliban do not agree with this new Look of the Taliban where they are more open to everything and more diplomatic, they still want to hurt foreigners, despite orders from the top that foreigners are free to leave or stay peacefully, one such rogue group of Taliban is what opened fire on the Kabul international airport earlier. Some groups will definitely break off from the IEA government. Maybe even form their own groups and start fighting.

So they are definitely trying to look better, but Wether they can or will keep this up remains to be seen. The next few days will be very important not just for the people exiting Afghanistan and Afghanistan’s neighbors (and the world as a whole, seeing some might refuse to recognize the new government), but for the Taliban too, it will show Wether they’re going to be a legitimate power or just a bunch of militias with no coherence. They have a lot to prove, a lot of promises to keep, I doubt they will be able to keep many. Afghanistan could still fall apart again at any moment, especially if the Taliban are unable to control the rise of the ISIS (which will inevitably try to rise again in this turmoil) and the spread of AQ and TTP toward Pakistan.

Pakistan only had two goals from this entire Afghanistan event, one is send the millions of refugees back to Afghanistan. For which peace is needed Across the border, and a willingness from the Taliban to take them back. The other is a stop to cross border attacks by groups operating out of afghan soil, TTP, AQ and Indian sponsored BLA, BRF, PTM etc. both of these are highly dependent on the Taliban keeping their promises to Pakistan.

While all of this is surely a victory for Pakistan, we shouldn’t celebrate too much prematurely, not until we’ve gotten our part of the rewards for this.

There is nothing Islami about the Taliban. They are just a combination of the regressive elements in traditional Afghan culture and an armed version of the perverts of the Deoband mullah school here in India.

Communism has more in common with True Islam :

During the same period (1920s-30s), another (though lesser known) Islamic scholar in undivided India got smitten by the 1917 Russian revolution and Marxism.

Hafiz Rahman Sihwarwl saw Islam and Marxism sharing five elements in common: (1) prohibition of the accumulation of wealth in the hands of the privileged classes (2) organisation of the economic structure of the state to ensure social welfare (3) equality of opportunity for all human beings (4) priority of collective social interest over individual privilege and (5) prevention of the permanentising of class structure through social revolution.

The motivations for many of these themes he drew from the Qur’an, which he understood as seeking to create an economic order in which the rich pay excessive, though voluntary taxes (Zakat) to minimise differences in living standards.

In the areas that Sihwarwl saw Islam and communism diverge were Islam’s sanction of private ownership within certain limits, and in its refusal to recognise an absolutely classless basis of society.

He suggested that Islam, with its prohibition of the accumulation of wealth, is able to control the class structure through equality of opportunity.

Basically, both Sindhi and Sihwarwl had stumbled upon an Islamic concept of the social democratic welfare state.

As for what now, if the international community is serious about the welfare of the Afghan people it should help the progressives of Afghanistan in overthrowing the Taliban. And I expect that these progressives to now either self-exile to other countries for the time being or go underground in Afghanistan and my wish is that at convenience they start harassing, propagandizing against and eliminating Taliban leaders and support staff wherever they are in the world.

The US will not leave Afghanistan. Wait for the American government, the Chinese government and the Indian government to recognize the Taliban government at the convenient soonest. Pakistan government has already done that as per a PDF thread.
