Here is an article for all those gloom and doom advocates . The Afghan government welcomes all those Talis who wants to negotiate and live in peace with their countrymen but those advocting war will face war.

No need to get upset. i was asking questions, not insinuating anything. I hope all works out well for Afghanistan because it benefits Pakistan as well.

It is Off topic but just so you know we still have quota system for our civil positions. But we are now changing and there is a slight increase in merit based hiring.Also, please try to use correct spellings .
