Taliban carries out rare frontal attack on U.S. base in Afghanistan

How could they be safer in FATA then in Afghanistan when the Pakistan Army is present in most of the agencies or has cleared most of them ?

Any incontrovertible evidence to suggest that 'they've been crossing over from Pakistan with sanctuaries in Pakistan' ? Why doesn't USA take Pakistan to the ICJ to put an end to this once and for all ?

PA has it's limitation in FATA as per the agreement, last time you read they beheaded couple of PA personnel for violating the pact.

Pakistan has been openly blamed for the sanctuaries and even exposed in some documentaries, but US is keen not to end relation with Pakistan until she ends up with the elections and decreases it's troops in Afghanistan.

and then what happened? We smoked them out of their holes in Orakzai

they have no choice :)

yeah to you people any Pashtun with a gun or who is livid of NATO presence is an ISI agent....

In a very near past NDS had arrested couple of Pakistani Punjabis for terrorist activities. It's easier for ISI to pick up a bunch of illiterate uncivilized Pashtuns from FATA/KP areas and guide them to the target and the + point is they also mix up with the Afghan population.

It's only like that in North Waziristan (in terms of the militant outfits dominating the region), no where else in FATA. In the six other tribal agencies, the local jirgas are dominant for the most part.

Pakistan has been scapegoated mindlessly; & even impartial sources such as the UN have indicated their concerns about the rising civilian casualties in the US drone strikes, that claims to kill almost all militants.

If you're referring to the Waziristan Accords or the subsequent ceasefires with the TTP - they've all been scrapped and have been effectively null and void due to successive actions in South Waziristan, Swat and other agencies of FATA !

Mate, all I've ever heard are random US officials whether from the State Department or the Pentagon casting aspersions against Pakistan in the context of sanctuaries in Pakistan ! I still have yet to come across any evidence that actually lends some credence to those claims.

.
So what steps have taken Pakistan Army against Afghan Taliban in Pakistan, share that please.

There is no Afghan Taliban leadership in Pakistan, it is all in Afghanistan. Mullah Umar & his other "associates" are all in Afghanistan. Pakistan has fought the TTP, Al-Qaeda; because they are actually on Pakistani soil. Pakistan is fully committed to tackling militancy.

Ok so why they are accusing Pakistan? it isn't logical that they have lost and they are scapegoating Pakistan and at the end they will say we lost because Pakistan was supporting insurgents.

so why they are accusing Pakistan?

You come to the same point, 'what we say is right and what you say is wrong'.

Because after every loss, a superpower needs a scapegoat, to "save face". You know what that phrase means?

Unless you can show some proof that Mullah Umar is in Pakistan, it is futile to continue your argument.

Ok, It would be better for America to scapegoat Iran who is their enemy and thus they may had a chance to also attack them for the same reason, but why Pakistan?

Even the guy who said that is in chaman area, his calls has been intercepted many times but he escapes and goes further inside Pakistan!

Can someone explain to me, they can visit the 'Pakistani Forces against militants' thread (Pakistan has deployed more troops in the Pakistan tribal regions than the US/NATO troops combined in Afghanistan, & has killed almost a dozen militants everyday); how would the Army be able to distinguish during the time of war (by looking at them) whether they are killing TTP members or Afghan Taliban fighters, considering its a cluster**** in those regions, in terms of the groups operating there, & who they're protecting/under protection, along with "tribal laws" & tribal complexities/loyalties. The Pakistan Army cannot make the distinction between various types of Taliban fighters during war, & treat all militants that violate tribal laws equally harshly. They act like a peacekeeping force sometimes as well, where the tribal laws & the authority of the tribes governing the region are being respected, a peace pact is signed. Whether such agreements are being violated, & there is anti-state/region activities, there are military operations. Simple. Pakistan does not want to stir the hornet's nests in its regions (it has done many already) like Afghanistan does, which is why fighting & terrorism in Afghanistan has spread all over the country; whereas in Pakistan, the war is restricted to only the remote Western border regions of Pakistan, bordering Afghanistan; & the rest of the country is pretty much free of TTP/Taliban terrorism.

America has accused Iran of harboring & supporting both the Al-Qaeda & the Taliban as well:
