Alexander was a macedonian and by this was greek. He was honored very much in rome and seen as part of our culture. SInce greeks settled in italy and were important in founding it we form a unity. Rome is unbreakable combined with greek. Not that i expect you to know history.

Hey whats left of Persepolis? Shouldn´t a hall have a roof?
Dont attack Iranians in your arguments with Pakistanis. Talk about them, not us. They are not similar to us and have nothing to do with our civilization. Iranians have no problem with Italy and respect Italian culture and history.

You'll find that there is no comparison in the number of Iranians who visit Italy on holiday and want to see the sites of Rome with the number of Iranians who would want to visit Pakistan, which is practically none.

Iran, Italy, Greece, China.. all have produced respectable and ancient civilizations that have contributed to World history and culture.

Right. The Parthians and Sassanids respected their Roman and Byzantine rivals and vice-versa. Thats why each side was also afraid of the others might and always wanted to check each others military power.

I learned in history that this were most senseless wars in history of mankind. It was laughable. Persia would never be able to conquer the roman empire and on other end roma would never be able to conquer persia. So it was a constant back and forth and weakened both. At end this created instability. Both empires suffered. Persia collapsed completly as the arabs attacked, rome survived the hunnic attacks but onle barely and under great costs...

Are you saying that persians were not inter mixed with Greeks under the Selecuid Empire ?
We're not mixed with Greeks. There werent ever enough Greek settlers in Iran to make a big change to the demographics. Plus Greek settlements were in cities that they built, mainly in the east. Persians still lived in their own cities, the new Greek cities but more importantly in the countryside where Greeks did not settle.

I´m pretty sure greeks had children with persian women and romans had children with persian women as well. That was normal back then.

This is true. Most of the wars were senseless and motivated by trying to win Armenia. In the late period, Christianity and Zoroastrianism also became part of the conflict over Armenia. Evangelicalism was a new phenomenon in Iran with the spread of Christianity there that Zoroastrians had never encountered before, which put the magi on the defensive. Persians had not previously known of a situation where their own kind (Christian converts) would look to a foreign realm (Rome) for spiritual leadership.

But of course, other wars were just over territory and weakened both empires which the Arabs could exploit.

They did marry Persian women, im not saying there was no mixing, just that the number of Greek colonists in the Persian empire wasnt large enough to significantly change the demographics. So saying that Persians are 'mixed with Greeks' isnt true, only few were. The Persian population was too big for Greek settlers to have a big 'genetic' impact on overall. Not that theres anything wrong with it if they did 'alter' some or all of us.

Hahah dirty ajlaf muslim,

Whats a dirty "ajlaf" muslims.. filthy scum?
we reached Attock and Peshawar.

And than you got raped and thrown back into the gutter you came from?

How many times were you made women by us? How about Battle of Panipat? the arse whoopings from pashtuns.. the decades of whooping from mughals themselves? maratha "War of independence" was only won when the mughals were weakened by internal and external factors.. (after Aurangzeb.. the last great king of mughal empire) otherwise.. you would have suffered the same fate as other marathas.. beheaded n cut into pieces....

As for rapes.. yeah right...But how pathetic to see a tiny little shit proud of rapes?

Lasted for what? 1?2?3? years... gimme a break weakling.

Altough they are white people, but they believe they are chinese, and they love china even more than some Han chinese. Their dream is becoming a frontier soldier to protect China. And they oppose the terrorists.

Its interesting. Nomadic Iranian tribes (Scythians) were living in and around the borders of modern China for thousands of years before the Xiongnu invaded and expelled many of them, followed by later waves of nomadic invaders from Turkic and Mongol origins who became the dominant tribes. Obviously, Scythian groups didnt completely disappear from the area.

During the Arab invasions of Persia in the 7th century much of the Persian and Parhian nobility along with many of their followers started migrating east and eventually ended up at the borders of China where they were allowed to take refuge. They remained in western China for at least a century. One of the descendants of Yazdegerd III (the last Sassanid King) made plans to reconquer Iran and drive the Arabs out, but the campaign was aborted and the Persians in China ended up migrating further deeper into China instead. But mention of them disappears from the historical record after the Chinese dynasty at the time decided to place a ban on foreign religions inside the empire. So nobody really knows what happened to the last of the Zoroastrian-Persian nobility and their followers in China.
