Estimated that the smart phone users in india will be more than 3 times the population of pakistan by 2019

I don't understand this reply. I was quoting a Pakistani about some hate for India and my response was in that context.

Sorry i misunderstood

.
Utter nonsense with no empirical evidence to support such absurd claims. Even anecdotally it is clear India is not "hated" outside of Pakistan and a few idiots in BD. Chinese are mostly oblivious of India and the West has mostly warm feelings towards India if not ambivalence but no "hatred".

Pakistan on the other hand, you guys, or should i say your state machinery, are despised the world over.

Nice reply buddy....but why do you even bother to reply to such trolls. They are low life scums who have nothing better to do except spreading their mindless BS and negativity all around. Low IQ peoples.

Proof that CBN is the best thing A.P has got.. and thank god the plant is being set up in sricity... :P

That is a far cry.. Indian electronic industry is pathetic.. :(

If China's rise has learned us anything, it's that a hardworking population of 1.3 billion, which is well lead, can achieve things VERY quickly. I'm confident we'll have a nice selection of Indian smartphones in 2020 in our stores in Holland:-)

BTW, you guys need to do something about this Lakh and Crore thing, come on:D Confusing.

Chinese and Taiwanese finding cheap labor countries to manufacture their stuff.

That will keep the prices down.

PS. I'll never buy anything, where Made in India is written. Not as long India keeps sponsoring cross-border terrorism in the neighborhood.

That's okay, once India becomes the manufacturing centre of the world, you won't have a choice. :)

You are mistaken my friend India has more electronics multinationals than China.
In india chinese goods cannot sustain because of long perception about Made in china good.
Just google Micromax overtakes samsung in India. and after that also google the market share of indian mobile market you will get news and also pie diagram in images which shows the fate of chinese so called 'multinational companies' in front of Indian companies. It's only in India where they can't flourish because of Indian companies. yes they can flourish in other markets but India is a nightmare for them as a market.
i hope after doing that you will understood that India has more electronics companies but as you know they don't export their goods outside that's why they are hardly known but now the things are changed. Come here in Russia you will get every 3rd or 4th people holding Micromax and also the fact is Indian companies are not just only focused on mobile products they are more diverse in their approach. Micromax also makes LCD and LED. I hope you understand that.
what you have to do is just google and everything is in front of tyou. Hail the almighty Atomi Kuvat.

Hadn't even heard of Micromax, 10th larges smartphone vendor in the world! Congrats! Is bound to growh further. Cool that you guys are in the game early. All the best.

hope India emulates the foot steps of china and chalks a niche for itself in electronic field...

Lol, let me help you with it...

lakh is equal to hundred thousands..

while crore is equal to 10 million.. :)

India will do just fine. Thanks for the explanation.

I don't think they're available here yet, and I don't like ordering phones from abroad on the internet (service reasons). So I'll stick to Wester (and Korean/Japanese) for now. When Indian/Chinese companies are established in the EU, damn right I'll buy them!!

sigh, now you get it i thought you were among the delusioned Indian hater But thanks for your complement as indian electronics industry is said to touch 400 billion dollar from 100 billion dollar today you will see indian companies giving chinese companies a run for their money on world stage let alone in India. In india they are tiny little mice just wit and watch. As a entrepreneur who is working in the field i am telling you this with knowledge. India is a hard nut to crack.

I'm sure India is doing and will do fine in the future. Tough nuts are okay, as long as it isn't protectionism. The goal should be to import and export as much as possible, with a positive balance. Many Chinese phones sold in India and many Indian phones sold in China. Indians are famous for their IT-skills, so I'm sure there'll be an Indian (and later worldwide) version of Android and Google. Keep fighting the good fight!

.
Good for India. Good for the region! In a couple of years we'll see an Indian brand smartphone competing with Apple/Samsung/Xiamo/Huawei. Hope it has a catchy name.

Micromax is an Indian company with good market share in India. Sometimes they are on the top, sometimes Samsung. Innovation and adaptability is the key. look at the examples of RIM, Motorola and Nokia.

We don't need FOXCONN in our country, tyvm. It's just a front to import chinese maal under the guize of "Made in India".

lol.. get outta here..

Hehe... that's for our own use. We can of course write them in million and billion for your convenience.

FYI.
10 lakh = 1 million
100 lakh = 1 crore
Easier than handling Metric system vs British system :D

The Chinese have exclusive management rights for 40 years on Gwadar port, once it is completed. It will allow China to have a direct access to gulf countries.
