Whats your informed estimate ? By when will China have the guts to finally mount a military operation against Taiwan ?

You are no Taiwanese. Just a Chinese communist. The Taiwanese i have interacted with, want nothing to do with china. They consider them uncivilized.

When India, US and UK recognised Taiwan as independent state and establish diplomacy.

May I know when will India do that?

India and western has so much balls. Dropping one China policy and recognised Taiwan as independent shall be a piece of cake, right?

Kashgar airbase is from where PLA uses strategic bombers to pound Taiwan. Kashgar airbase is more than 4,500 km from Taipei, outside range of Taiwanese F-16. The only way Taiwan can hit back at Kashgar airbase is if Taiwan has ICBMs.

Then why Taiwan want to take back mainland?

Now, why should Taiwan bomb Kashgar. Is it the only course of action available?.
Shanghai is about 800 km from Taiwan. Suppose they decide to pound Shanghai for every attack on Taiwan, will it be acceptable to China. Like seeing Shanghai getting destroyed. Will it not be too great a cost. There are many economic military and population targets on China's coast close to Taiwan which can be targeted.

Why the hell should Taiwan only need to target Kashgar.
Counter force or counter value targeting is part of military strategy.
Certainly China will feel pain if Shanghai is targeted.

Please don't magnify China into some sort of super super power.
They are also human and can get hurt.

Nobody wants war. It would be better if China chooses soft power and wins the hearts and minds of the Taiwanese people. Such a unification will be durable and preferable.

Soft power is impossible when most world media is control by far right and anti China people. They will spin whatever good China do. Precisely what is happening now.

One big problem is young taiwanese believe China PRC dare not attack Taiwan. They also believe US will help them when PRC reclaim Taiwan after much brainwashed by media.

PRC shall reclaim Jinmen and Penghu island. Break the myth that US or allies will come to their aid. This will weaken pro Independent resolution while without damaging of Taiwan mainland.
