I have read the statement regarding the Phd from LSE, they would not state something which is not verifiable, it would ruin their reputation around the world. They wouldn't do that for any individual, period.

If FAA can also accept bribe from Boeing and forge all those test result for sake of certify B737 max as qualify and safe to travel. What makes LSE from doing such thing?

these are two different incidents and institutions. FAA may have, if they have done such a thing, guarding the investments, jobs, etc. in Boeing. While LSE had no such obligations to the President of Taiwan. What they would get from a fake Degree holder, if she is not genuine!!

I had a few very simple questions that nobody was able to answer:

1. why does Tsai's PhD supervisor not have a PhD when every other PhD candidate has a PhD holding supervisor?

2. If this professor is qualified even without a PhD why are there no other recorded students from this professor?

3. Why was there not a complete list of committee members to draw upon?

In the very thesis you provided, he is referred to as "Mr. Michael Elliot", not "Dr. Michael Elliot", further supporting evidence for the fact that he does not have a PhD.

How does someone with no graduate degree of their own, get the right to supervise someone for a PhD degree?

OK let's just say that he is an extraordinary genius who does not need a graduate degree to be a PhD supervisor (which almost never happens).

A PhD supervisor typically takes on multiple students over their career. Who were his other students? Or was he a so called 1 time professor for a so called 1 time student?

Is there any evidence she was physically present at LSE at the time? Like library checkout records, receipts, bills, etc? Even a passport stamp to show that she was even in the UK? What about the professor, is there evidence he actually taught a single class or wrote a single paper?

Remember this was supposedly 1983 and she wasn't a politician yet so how do you do research remotely in 1983 with a typewriter and analog phone?
