That is not bustle autoloader. It is completely external stowage for 10 rounds behind turret, they are be stored out of the tank. In case all ammunition inside T-90MS runs out and supply line is broken, crew backtracks out of the battlefield and opens this box and reloads the autoloader. Long tough work, but this stowage enables it to have extra ammunition if they run out and supply trucks haven't arrived.
