I can't comment on mass production but I saw a lot of Police Special Forces carrying the MPT-76, also a lot of them now have the new uniform. AFAIK all tests are complete and an order was placed for several thousand but I think you are correct full purchase is not done yet.

Where did you saw POH with MPT 76 and what new uniform you are talking about the brown one? Please make it quick so we dont derail the thread. Thanks.

AFAIK, Apache's Longbow radar has similar technical capabilities.

So, why there is visual difference between ours and theirs ?

Only answer, if you really know about the subject. No need for speculations and wild guesses.


Another thing i want to stress out is currently (per my knowledge), we don't have any missile in the inventory which can "work" with the guidance of the MWR, i.e: AGM-114L.

It is not clear yet where the radar will be placed.
If they can manage it i would love to see the dome on top of the pilot seat.

This is an optical element, not mmw radar

Putting mildar under the weapon station seems so silly to me. It will block one side of the helicopter. What kind of solution they will bring, will put one more mildar to other side of the helicopter?

Even putting mildar behind the 20mm under the helicopter makes more sense.
