I believe B model will have the Mildar radar, some more advanced electronics and it will be firing Cirit and Umtas missiles.

For sake of simplicity, its essentialy the version of T-129 we wanted from the start. The first 9 delivered T-129 are EDH variants which means it lacks alot of capabilities and avionics that we intented to have. So the T-129B1 is essentialy the complete version of T-129 with cutting edge avionics and the capability to launche ATGM's, Cirit's, Air-to-Air Missiles and etc.
