Its call urban warfare. And I don't see any civilians being used as shields. However I see the Syrian Army doing that in some recent videos. And it wouldn't surprise me one bit that they are also using peoples' homes to fight in. Even during World War 2 conventional forces do it.

There is no hypocrisy when Assad started killing his own people and many of Syria's politicians and military personnel defected to join the FSA. How would you feel if your own govt. went around killing its own people demanding a new govt. through peaceful demonstrations.

You are pretty much brainwashed yourself long time ago with this charade. Don't deny many of Syria's military has defected to the other side. Even your prime minister defected and attacked Assad for killing his own people who demanded changed and he responded with violence.

Iran would praise the Arab Spring as in attempt to replace U.S. backed govt. when people want change in those countries but when it was Syria's turn they claim it was foreign conspiracy. Enough said.

Aside from western propaganda there is no proof Assad is behind killing civilians. Assad may not be an angel, but the puppet government the west plans to install would be 1000 times worse

And what about the Arab dictators that kill their own people supported by the US ?
