The horror and tragedy of the war in Syria has been captured in a single photograph of a wounded child.

A young boy, aged five, sits on a chair inside an ambulance after an airstrike in his hometown of Aleppo, the whereabouts of his parents unknown.

Covered in dust from the rubble which was once his home, one side of Omran Daqneesh's face is drenched in blood, his expression dazed.

He is wearing a T-shirt with the popular cartoon character CatDog on it, barely visible through the blood and dust

a) Today people say this is a Syrian kid , but in reality this can be any kid in world
b) There was no reason for war in the region

When I look around people are participating in Olympics, then I saw on some websites Rock shows and concerts , went another area people playing soccer games - That is the reality unless a problem comes close to own head no one cares and as long as they have their 3-4 meals a day and entertainment - who cares what happens in Syria

It is a war to topple Assad or what ever pointless war that has destroyed Syria's famous cities and crippled its generation


What is the point of Having a military in Egypt / Turkey / Saudia / Pakistan etc if they can't even enforce a no fly zone over Syria

It is a diplomatic failure

The main problem a lot of countries in the middle east are dealing with their own problems. They all have to deal with corruption,terrorism,politics,enemies, and many other things as well as economic problems and even then it would be hard to get involved with 2 nuclear superpowers making this their proxy war. Their is too much external influence to get a grip on the situation, The only way muslim countries could step up would be if Russia and America agreed to get their hands off Assad and the Rebels, then nearby countries could establish safe zones and districts while the rebels and Assad duke it out. But of course we all know neither America or Russia will step down. Simply too much pressure on war with these old rivals.

This poor kid, as bad as we all feel for him, is just being used for anti Syrian government and pro rebel/jihadi/terrorist propaganda. There is no other reason for all this hype, these kind of horrors have been an almost daily occurrence since the war started but this photo is suddenly globally flavor of the week just as Aleppo is on the verge of falling ? hmm

That Kurdi kid was also propaganda to fool the Europeans into throwing their borders open, I found it sickening that they pulled a dead kid out of water and then set him down and propped his body so they could take a 'powerful' picture or is anyone dumb enough to believe that he actually washed up that way ?

and if he did, which he did not, isn't it just sickening that someone would take a picture first before rushing to its aid ?

Few months back it was ailan Kurdi the boy drown in sea fleeing conflict and now this boy have shocked us but does it really bringing any good news for all the innocent children ?
Media is creating hype and we are dancing in their tone.

Saudia-Turkey-Pakistan-Egypt should take up the responsibility for protection

Militaries are formed to protect civilians their own and people who need protection otherwise there is no need for Military

They can't enforce a No fly zone , and launch a operation in Syria ?

Why are 5-7 Million people been force to be displaced from Syria ? or live in Tent or die on ships to Europe ? Why should 5-7 Million people women and children have to live in Tents in middle of desert ?


All it takes is 2-3 Meetings , commitment of 50,000 Troops from 4 nations and commitment of 20 planes per country
