You are naive. Northern Israel is a bunker! all houses have basements and nearby shelters. The majority of those killed were IDF soldiers in battles. Hezb does not target civies.

so a missil with 200kg of war head can't take bunkers and have accuracy so low that only few israeli soldiers were killed by 1000s of missile.
I would prefer long range artillary over such missiles.
