Unfortunately,after observing the attitude and behavior of some of the muslims in our locality lately,I can not share your enthusiasm.................not anymore.I wish to believe what you say,I really do;but the reality is quite different for the worse.

You can't paint all Muslims with the same brush! You have Hindu poodle fakers too! It takes all types to make this world!

Personalty,I think it's high time U.N should intervene in Syria and Iraq,the situation there is turning for the worse with every passing day.And if this is not the right time,then I don't know what is.When I look at these things,it seems like that U.N is loosing its significance as an organisation at a very fast rate (or it already has??).

I don't deny that,but the situation in our state is turning worse every day.There are already some areas where Hindus (or men from any other religion) do not dare to enter!!And this is happening when we are majority,I can't even imagine what would have happened if the demography was the opposite of what it is at the moment.

It's not that simple, since politics of interests are more important than human life! That's why the some Arab countries are funding these terrorists to actually fight Syrian forces, that's why Turkey is sitting alongside the border to Kobane and watching how the Kurds are trying to fight IS and not allowing US / NATO to use airbase, that's why even Syria, Iran and Russia (the "enemies" of the US), are supporting the US to fight the IS in Iraq... ... ...

The UN is a toothless tiger without any real influence as seen at so many conflicts. A veto power can reject even a statement, let alone real actions, forces that are diverted to the UN can be retreated by their countries, which then results in genocides (Kosovo, Ruanda) and here we see again several countries following just their own interests, rather than actually joining to fight a coming threat.

Unfortunately we are powerless as private citizens.

an alliance against IS is forming cutting across religion. kurds just need to hold ground. IS will see what happens in 2014 compared to 6th century.

Did you met a hardcore hindu nationalist?because I do.
Some of them are kicked out from RSS like VHP ,Bajrang Dal ,Abhinav Bharat.
