Well sir, the game of politics is a bit like war. Tactics depend upon weather and terrain. US interests in this matters --atleast under Trump-- are less of a global Chaudhary more of the global merchant. This is the 'freebie' or 'discount' for the coming US-India drone deal. numbers of our deads and terrorism related incidents are decreasing, it maybe less then you lose in train accidents per year let alone farmers who commit thousands of suicides per year in your country. you should invest more in Afghan caves, if Taliban or pro Pak China govt in Afghanistan you will lose that opportunity too.
