Syed Salahuddin Branded Global Terrorist By US Ahead Of Modi-Trump Meet

It's actually funny...

India is expecting US will fight against terrorist Pakistan and US is expecting same from india

It's also pathetic that US is now using these labels very obviously for own economic gains

This is not Obama administration.
This is Trump's administration. He as fixed NK and Turkey and he also knows how to fix Pakistan.

Which claims of mine are unfounded?

Also, please show the source which states that the U.N. doesn't consider the "Instrument of Accession" as legally valid and complete.

I am surprised that Pakistanis think that UN doesn't consider the Instrument of Accession as valid...In fact UN consider the Instrument of Accession as valid and sound. I have never known any source from UN that questions Instrument of Accession.

About 500 Treaties of Accession must have been signed across India and Pakistan.

Dude check news...

Turkish tanks rolled into doha and NK killed an US citizen just last week after year and half of torture....

Come out of dreams and build toilets.... peace

The Kashmir situation was complex a few years back with numerous players. Its straight out simple now.

Its India's war on terror. When youth start waving Isis, all qaeda and Pakistani flags, one knows that radical islamism has taken root And there's just one way to end it...the same way the rest of the world is trying to end it.

Don't agree at all with your reading. Faith tends to grow strong during the times of crisis and uncertainty. So, this radicalization that you talk about may be an offshoot of perpetually bad times. Plus, most of these "anti-national" gestures are desperate attention-seeking tactics, more or less. Really, we need to grow some thick skin, buddy, and learn to take ourselves a little less seriously. I feel that military was handling this situation quite competently during the 2010-2014 period. Somehow, that good work done by our armed forces has gone down the drain in this "nationalist" hysteria.

We'll send more mujahideen in kashmir , what's the problem . I know India is scared as shit of these brave mujahid . Don't worry we've more , we've 18 crore more waiting for u and your demi God whiteis. Your stinky army is still a failure you rat monkeys .
These Indian pigs need to be killed as soon as possible , we should burn their piggy soldiers alive .

.
This is the outcome of a dysfunctional Pakistani foreign policy - utter failure to build relations with Trump administration.

That "Pakistan had violated the Stand Still Agreement first", besides others

Also, please show the source which states that the U.N. doesn't consider the "Instrument of Accession" as legally valid and complete.

Read the UN Resolutions .... They state: "The question of the accession of the State of Jammu and Kashmir to India or Pakistan will be decided through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite." ... and you still believe that the UN considers the "Instrument of Accession" as legally valid and complete ??? One word .. "delusional"

Anyway, here is an "Indian" source, just for your satisfaction:

Thus, an analysis of the circumstances surrounding the signing of the Instrument of Accession shows that the accession of Kashmir to India was neither complete nor legal, as Delhi has vociferously contended for over sixty years.

Yes, but the (alleged) Accession of Kashmir to India is different from accession of any other Indian Princely State (to India or Pakistan) as it is the only "accession" that has been placed before the UN Security Council for arranging a ratification or otherwise by the people of the State under the auspices of the United Nations. So far, it has not been ratified by the Kashmiris. And until and unless the Kashmiris, using their right to self determination in a referendum held under UN auspices, decide to ratify this accession, the UN won't consider the accession caused through the so called "Instrument of Accession" as legally valid and complete ..... Do you get it now ?

Standstill Agreement signed by Pakistan and then an invasion of free Kashmir by Pak -
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/1762146.stm

So you have no source to back up your claim that the accession to India by J&K is invalid? Of course a plebiscite is to take place because that is what India prefers once all the prerequisites of the Agreement are met. The Accession is a separate legal issue from the plebiscite

It doesn't say Pakistan violated the "Stand Still Agreement", However, it does say what I have been telling you:

Pakistan immediately contested the accession, suggesting that it was fraudulent, that the Maharaja acted under duress and that he had no right to sign an agreement with India when the standstill agreement with Pakistan was still in force.

and

Recent research, from British sources, has indicated that Hari Singh did not reach Jammu until the evening of 26 October and that, due to poor flying conditions, V P Menon was unable to get to Jammu until the morning of 27 October , by which time Indian troops were already arriving in Srinagar.

So you have no source to back up your claim that the accession to India by J&K is invalid? Of course a plebiscite is to take place because that is what India prefers once all the prerequisites of the Agreement are met. The Accession is a separate legal issue from the plebiscite

I did provide an Indian source for you. Did you miss it ?

And please enlighten us on how "The Accession" is a separate legal issue from the plebiscite when as per the UN Resolutions it is the "Plebiscite" which will define the Accession of Jammu & Kashmir to India or Pakistan ???

1. Do you know what the Standstill Agreement was?

2. Are you suggesting that Pakistan did not violate that Standstill Agreement?

3. The Indian "source" is a blog.

4. India took the matter to the UN voluntarily, its hand was not forced. Without going to the UN, the Treaty of Accession would still be valid.

5. Why hasn't Pakistan bothered to fulfill the prerequisites necessary to conduct the plebiscite as laid out in the UN Resolutions?

.
population wise J&K is around 1-2% of India & territory wise 6.76% (includes area held by pakistan). So it makes no difference whether it catches cold or cancer. Neither it is the bread basket of the country. We are not losing much sleep over it.

That's what a Arnab Goswami-fied multitude like you think. You deep state is having sleepless nights over it. fact is that aroud 700, 000 Indian troops are deployed at only 1-2% of India's area a.k.a Kashmir. So get over it and watch international media news too. Your domestic media is telling lies to you.
