Police have released footage of a man they want to speak to after a schoolgirl was sexually touched on a train last month.
On the afternoon of February 25, a 12-year-old schoolgirl boarded a train at Asquith, on Sydney's north shore, heading towards the city.
About 2.30pm a man boarded the same train and sat in the carriage opposite her, police said.

"Feeling uncomfortable, the girl moved to another carriage, followed by the man who again sat nearby," NSW Police said in a statement.
"The girl got up to move again and was followed by the man. As she tried to walk past him, he is alleged to have sexually touched her.
"The girl screamed at the man, who walked off."
About 2.30pm a man boarded the same train and sat in the carriage opposite her, according to police. (NSW Police)
Today CCTV vision of a man police believe may be able to help with their inquiries was released.
The man depicted is described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, about 170cm tall, of a medium build, with short black hair.
He is shown wearing a blue t-shirt, dark pants and is carrying a backpack.
