There are many more 'Switzerlands' in this world. Cayman Islands, Liecheinstein etc for example.

There will be just 'transfers' and not 'withdrawals'.

I appreciate such honest policy change.
I hope to see Swiss govt. even handle it well and seize all suspected accounts before those are empty.
In worst case declare all transactions, at least.

If done so... this will surely lead to winning the hearts and minds of people, while technically Swiss has nothing to loose as those criminals can always send their cash to any unknown bank any where any time.

Stop dreaming folks ... Banks control all the legal flow of money but there is no simple way for them to control the black money ... To do that, they need things like drug trafficking, illegal weapons trade etc etc and safe heavens like swiss banks for all those Mafia bosses and corrupt officials to store that looted wealth ... If they really care for poor and needy, do u really think it is that difficult a task for these democracy preachers to spread the wealth in a better way ???
