Yes a lot of young Muslims have gone to Syria from Göteborg (especially from a mosque in the north east of the city), and I actually know a guy who became brainwashed, went to syria and died a couple of months ago. Most of these guys are young usually teenagers or in their early twenties and have a deep sense of being outside of society (partially their own fault and partially the states fault, whose its more is a debate in itself).

Having said all of this, the graffitti was done in Tynnered. An immigrant majority area with a large Assyrisk, Jugge (balkan) and other communities who live side by side with Muslim Arabs and Turks. Never has there been any major problems between these groups and so no there is no threat of ISIS emerging in this area given that Muslims are just one group living amongst Latinos, Eastern Europeans, Kurds as well as Middle Eastern Christians. Saying ISIS will emerge and take over these areas is scaremongering. At most a lone wolf attack might take place but places like Hammarkullen, Angered, Frölunda are immigrant tight areas where peoples from all backgrounds live side by side in peace and Muslims form just one portion of the population, let alone extremist Sunni Muslims.
