Thanks for the clarification. The reason I asked this is bcs many guys here are picked up by police and charged for sexual molestation on the reason mentioned in my post. I find it ridiculous anti-male law.

Dont forget the Norway incident where they separated the child from its parents ~ on grounds of sexual abuse ~ just because the child was sleeping in the same bed as the parents.

I was talking about Kerala where there are frequent news in newspapers where guys being arrested bcs the girl filed a complaint against him on the grounds of sexual exploitation eventhough they had sex with mutual consent. The guy may or may not have said to the girl about marrying her, but this statement of his used as a stick to beat this guy.

About Norwegian incident, we Indians were sentimental about the matter, but however it was found in the end that the Norwegian authorities were right as it was found out that the couple had marital problems and the mother was suffering from depression.
