No, you have no clue about the procedures. The charge sheet against him is not filed, so the case is weak or strong, you don't know. He got bail simply on a procedural delay of the statutory limit 90 days. If you have multiple charges against you, getting bail on one is irrelevant, and getting bail is not going scotfree.
The woman who instigated riot was given bail for her medical emergency the only case on point was if she needs immediate medical attention for her condition. The court finds she is eligible and hence granted bail.

Two different things. The government needs not hard press on Davinder because he is not going anywhere but the other lady is going out of prison.

Repeating the same thing over and over won't change simple facts. Let me simply, the government want both Safoora and Davinder to be in prison, Davinder is still in prison pending trial. Safoora is out, getting treatment. The government actually failed in keeping her in prison despite court finding prima facie valid case.

If you think they instigated riot, file an FIR against them. If Police refuse to file FIR, go to a magistrate, again if he didn't go to CJM or High Court, up to Supreme Court. I wonder why you don't do any of these.

First, you were complaining about Davinder getting bail, then when I said it's a technicality, you claim Safoora was treated differently, when I said she and Davinder should be in prison but Safoora is out on bail, you wanted cases to be registered against an MoS and the BJP guy, when I asked why you didn't file an FIR against them, you're talking about PIL against some unnamed people and Delhi police. What?
