I think I should start clicking photographs of "rich westerners" and "rich GCC people" that we can see in almost any major hospital in Bangalore.
Hospitals now recruit translation specialists to help interact with patients. Even Japanese now!

Hey Rich Westerners and Rich GCC people can come to India but god forbd if Middle Class Pakistanis come here for affordable treatment. They would rather go to GCC and west where the treatment cost is double or triple the Indian Cost. The thing is there also they are likely to be treated by Indian Doctors

I think we have given enough points in this thread. Let @Iqbal Ali keep on saying that middle class Pakistanis dont come to India. We know what is the truth

No mostly its the middle class and the poorest of the poor Pakistanis who come here as in most of the cases we are providing very affordable to almost free treatment with world class quality. The affluent and elites like Mr. Nawas Sherif will certainly go to U.K or U.S.A but will never go to GCC I suppose.

I personally know of a doctor from kerala whose hospital has an agreement with the governments of Oman, Qatar and the UAE to provide women's health to their citizens

There are alternative choices like the gulf countries, China, Europe, Australia, and North America.
