Survey: China Seen as Overtaking U.S. as Economic Superpower

.
I'm sure many are. But that's not our concern. :azn:

We're working towards the future based on cooperation, not on conflict as our Israeli friend here seems to think:

What, you mean people like myself and ChineseTiger? :P We are the right demographic for your Jasmine revolution, but no one is biting unfortunately, or at least not enough to matter in the end.
Why would i possibly include you two in the Chinese citizens i was talking about, when i know how ChineseTiger1986 enjoys talking about imperialism and his fantasies. His comments are usually less delusional.
While i know you to be no fan of the US or the so called democracy movement in China. :)

As to whom i was referring to; I've met with Chinese people living abroad(Studying) and got to talk about the topic with them.

P.S
That first smiley you used is named "azn", which is somewhat amusing, don't you agree?

Yes, I dislike the USA enormously.

But I have no specific problem with the concept of democracy, it's all a matter of implementation.

I'm sure you have met a lot of overseas Chinese. I doubt any of them are afraid of China's rise.

There are plenty of people who hate the CPC, but they hate the Western hypocrisy more.

There is no nation in the world which does not behave with hypocrisy one way or another; Mine, yours and the US.

But with a population of 1.4 billion citizens, one can expect a few dozen million people who would like a democratic China while others only want a strong and wealthy China, and so on.

I agree that certain types of democracies are a failure and the Chinese should have whatever suits them best.

Exactly right on all three points.

It is the younger generations that worry CCP, it is the age of social networks where one tweet, one photo, one act, can inspire a revolution.

Albeit China realized the danger of a revolution and thus they are spending billions on clamping down on any and every domestic threat they see.
That is why i said what i said, China has to worry about her own people before they can worry about enemy countries.

Mr Jewish, you know nothing about Chinese people. Chinese people is the best people in world because we can endure anything that imposed by our gov

GPD wise, it should be happened before 2020, as for the rest, we still have a long way to go. :coffee:

The Chinese people who were born in the 1960-1970s are more pro-West than those who were born in the 1980-1990s.

In fact the best opportunity to overthrow CPC was back in 1989, too bad you guys just missed it, because we are destined to survive against your imperial aggression. :coffee:
No I am post-80, but I am disgusting about CCP.

. .
Perception interestingly forecast the future, that's something we can observe through history. And this is in line with China's rise as most nation's largest trading partner, like people can feel it in daily life.

. .
Because you are a KMT supporter, most of the post-80 Mainlanders despise KMT, even CPC has a lot of problems, but they will still choose CPC over KMT anyday. :coffee:

Yeah, because the CCP enslave the younger generation so that they have only one option-Rubbish CCP

The fact remains that the U.S. won't be the sole superpower of the world for long. 2025 or 2050, it really doesn't matter at all. A few decades is nothing in human history. The American empire will continue to decline while others will continue to rise, which is great news for the entire world.

. . .
Economically we won't surpass US until 2030, even if things go smoothly. Militarily, we will probably reach parity with them in 2050, although our navy might still lag behind.

That is of course, everything goes according to schedule, which it rarely does.

Yeah, because the CCP enslave the younger generation so that they have only one option-Rubbish CCP
CCP has to cover up alot of the crap your beloved KMT has done, or else people would hate you even more. Your party is completely incompetent, always has been and always will be.
