this is a mentality in Pakistan, we do not accept our faults rather try to defend by all the good or bad and we are proud of it, such hypocrites we are.
well, this is true face of them themselves, not the people of Pakistan.
"Doctrine of Necessity"... what we have grown up with exercising by the same courts.
could not ask for the cypher when trial was going on and now they have their own words to mouth the culprits making cypher which they could have asked for to be presented in detail. this is how you fracture the society by misuse of power.
when standards are set by one's own self for himself and claim to be fair and just, here goes the justice, this is what these courts are these days and we see everything but character dignity and humility.
haven't we seen the developments over the days till today where things were going and who was pulling strings and then one think we believe them.
this pillar of justice is not us but is enforced with treason itself.
Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel is right in saying that elections cannot be held at the behest of a single person, to do so would be tantamount to reviving the "Doctrine of Necessity".
