Judiciary has decided every decision on the basis of Givn laws of the land in the constitution, while it's about time to show all so called powerfull bt illegal quarters of pakistan the only way is law!And what exactly this "competent CJP" has done to change otherwise totally demolished lower judicial system of Pakistan?
And judiciary played it role in NS going abroad. Only a lefty like you can lie about it since lefties in Pakistan are mostly hypocrites and have very low self esteem
PS: CJP Khosa is a lefty too looking by his behavior and hence the incompetency
Actully it's not, SC is jst doing its right job and has the duty to take decisions on the basis of given laws and its just doing that, it's the NAA-AHAAL selfi making govt which hasnt done any law making in its 15 month of power? It appears that CJ and govt are trying to undermine one another, while they’re putting their egos first rather than the country’s best interests.

As per procedure
- Army Chief send 3 names to defence Secretary
- Defence Secretary send these name to government/PM office via Defence minister
- PM if agree chose one name or can reject all the names or may ask additional names its PM discretion
- PM after decision send his advice to President
- As per rule of business (I not exactly remember name of the case) and SCP decision President is bound act as per PM advice
There should be no extension he should not have the extension. Now this all media coverage will draw a bad image of General Bajwa.
You can cry all you want against him, but the fact remains, people with constitutional and legal knowledge respect him.
Not your business, stay out of it.Not just General Bajwa but the reputation of the office of COAS ( by the extension whole Establishment) would draw bad blood when every tom, dick, and harry would comment.

Yeah yeah I know about model courts and e-courts and all that bullsh!t
tell me what this "competent" chief justice has done for improving conditions of lower courts of Pakistan like session courts. Like what changes he has made to bring improvement in city court of Karachi?
I consider it my insult trying to have a civilised debate with you. I do not entertain people who divert the discussion when they have no counter argument.
If disposal of 2 decade long backlog of criminal appeals and Model Courts providing swift justice is "BS" to you. You're as silly as your argument!

This army chief planned a illegal extention to complete his illegal designs against pakistani state which is above everything, as CJ quated today, no one is above the law in any given situation Thus a under graduate genral doesn't hve any rights to lobby his service extentions by any means?
And his track record, shows tht he didn't served in the best intersts of the pakistani state?
He preasured PTI govt to spend billions of Pakistani tax payers money on stupid project like kartarpur which only serves best to enemys intersts while, a poor pakistani is begging for Jst a pice of tomatoos?
And kashmirs bieng butchered every day like caroots in IOK, these r Jst a few of QAMAR BAJWAs foolish steps which must be investigated properly after his removal for his services.
No political party, or any so called powerfull person could be above the law by any means?
Time has come tht justice should take its routes in every walk of life in pakistan.
Sending Nawaz Sharif out of pakistan is the decesion of the PTI govt which wanted to blame it on judiciary to save its ugly face from humiliation it deserves while mass miss management of this immature govt has put the lives of poor Pakistanis in danger with massive poverty while spending billions on projects like kartarpur to appease enemy states this kartarpur project will be investigated in comming future and there will be a lot astonishing facts will surface after that?
Pakistani state is auto-correcting itself finnaly and it's time to tell QAMAR BAJWA to play golf and face the investigations later on
It's a good decision by pakistans SC , which has showen right attitude to PM Imran khans plea of doing justice to all, and next is IMRAN khan himself

Problem is the mind set in past 5to 6 years of PTI supporters who really believes thy really won the fake elections in which thy evn can't get a simple majority thy thought BAJWA will remain in power till next century and thy will keep looting and selling pakistan bit by bit like kartarpur, IOK and there will be no one asking them any questions forever, bt pakistani state is not so weak, it came back all the way to rescue Pakistan from the hands of a few croupt powerfull subjects and it jst did that!I consider it my insult trying to have a civilised debate with you. I do not entertain people who divert the discussion when they have no counter argument.

Also the question arises if all those cases have been concluded or merit or not. Fast clearence of cases is one thing, but who would ensure the quality of decision and the ones making them. I am not sure if current CJP has done anything in that regard. PM was indirectly alluding to this exact point to which CJP took offense & took it in another direction. Basically the stance is that everyone is answerable & subjected to law, until and unless it comes upon us.
