I read many news articles, which are against or in favor of Supreme court interference in agencies work. Disappearance of people. In one case a suspected criminal was released through Supreme court order and, after few days he attacked Musharraf. We found so many examples, but its my personal opinion majority of time agencies do right job, people are involve in anti social or anti state activities. But a minor number of arrest are innocent people or at wrong place at wrong time.
How would you analyze this situation, should Supreme court interfere in agencies job ?
More Supreme court role should be established for the scrutiny of govt Agencies?
Or Supreme court should not be allowed to interfere in agencies job, through constitution ?

Nation Security over Supreme Court any day but Agencies should have upper hand over Supreme court only if it's a huge threat to national security otherwise Supreme court must be given full power!

Supreme court indicating that they are on top so if they feel something is unjust they have the right to stop it.

SC should have enough power to summon anyone regarding any matter. courts hearing might not be made public for security reasons.

In countries where the Supeme Court consist of men of high integrity and are not influenced by politicians or bureacracy can think of summoning intelligence agencies INDIRECTLY quietly.

The work of intelligence agencies is primarily top-secret concerning national interest. Their cases/hearings coming to courts and being classified in files ... remains no longer secretive ... and become matters pinned on notice boards for open distribution. This is exactly what happened recently when IB chief Shoaib Suddle in utter foolishness gave away all information to Supreme Court, related to undercover agents. Now its in media. Especially Indian media.

Our Judiciary is subservent to politicians - and if they can even manage to provide justice to the ordinary public in the 15000 cases filed with them in SC - they'd achieve something beyond their capability - forget the intelligence agencies.

Pak IB chief submits details of 70 undercover agents to SC

In a major embarrassment for the Pakistani security establishment, the chief of the country’s domestic spy agency has blown the covers of over 70 senior operatives in documents presented in the Supreme Court.

Details of about 70 undercover Intelligence Bureau operatives posted in Pakistan and abroad, including their names and places of posting, were given in a 96-page petition filed by IB chief Shoaib Suddle in a case related to the seniority of officials of the spy agency, Dawn News channel reported on Saturday.

Most of the operatives named in the documents were posted within Pakistan while some were posted in Britain, Canada, Afghanistan, Iran and Kazakhstan, the channel reported. The petition was filed in the apex court to challenge a lower court’s verdict in a case related to the seniority of IB officials.

Observers described the move as a serious security lapse. The channel said the petition could be accessed by anyone as a public document.

Despite your disagreements Cheif justice has the right to order whatever they please and all the polticising done to the Cheif justice can be heavily associated with the fact that Musharraf removed him illegally.
