Well if this pans out and his grandmothers side had land rights he has a definite 100% point.

But I think what must have happened is somebody like his grandmother's brother must have had the rights and so it isn't tied directly down to his family line. Notice he didn't specifically say who on his grandmother's side had the rights...but he was very specific about the details of who of his other side moved around and when.

Dude did you bother even reading what I wrote. He lied about his "ancestral rights" his family moved there in 1948. He was born in a totally different part of the country.

To make things worse the land that he claims as "ancestral lands" is actually land promised to the Native Americans.
