RAWALPINDI: Following a hearing in a Rawalpindi court, model Ayyan’s father was shot in the arm and wounded,Express News reported.

Ayyan arrived at the court earlier this morning for the hearing where the decision to extend her judicial remand by another 14 days after her initial 14-day remand came to an end.
Her father had come to see his model daughter when he was attacked by an unidentified person and shot in the arm. Following the attack, he was taken to Benazir Bhutto Hospital in Rawalpindi where he is receiving treatment.
Speaking to The Express Tribune after becoming stable, Ayyan’s father Raja Hafeez, said he has nominated Rehman Malik’s brother, Khalid Malik in the FIR pertaining to the shooting incident.

He further added that he had been receiving threats over the past few weeks.

which is why i speak of socialism, which ideally is the common sense and scientific method of social arrangement where politics is the responsibility of every citizens, not some "special" people who use their position to earn money or work for power's sake... it is another matter that sometimes, socialist governments become busy in protecting themselves and fail to deliver the promised democracy to citizens.

fatima bhutto is a sensible person and her father and uncle found the "al-zulfiqar organization" ( azo ) which worked to overthrow the zia ul haq regime... these two were helped by the socialist governments in afghanistan, syria and libya.

sad... i don't like all this consumerism that has come into china, and the consumerism led to the corruption.

i always feel sad when some pdf members like chinese dragon tend to insult the ccp and socialism and prefer to forward "chinese nationalism"... nationalism?? how is prc different than from some country in the western bloc??

development should not mean blind consumerism... china should get rid of it.

Pakistan needs strong Presidential system. Pakistan has always prospered under strong Presidential systems.
