Really unfortunate incident and I am sure that if it is for real then the current government will take the culprit and if not then its duty of people of Lahore to go to the institute and protect those girls rather than crying over here.

Secondly I failed to understand without any facts how some people put blame of every problem on PTI ? Is this something created by PTI or was this going on like ages? We all know the answer... The sense PTI gave us is the strength to speak against injustice and the maturity to understand the right of common people.

This is the strength Imran Khan gave to this woman to speak against the police otherwise in previous days people like this end up silenced in some encounter. Dont we know the encounter squad of previous government?

Now the real test is of Pakistanis who needs to keep increasing the pressure on the ruling elites but in the right way. If you keep on ridiculing the intention of the person who want this country to be based on a welfare state like Madina then eventually they will get demotivated and the pooser will be Pakistani people not Imran Khan.

Don't we know the system of injustice is prevailing here since decades and it will take decades to fight those people in power and Imran Khan cant do it alone. So rather than ridiculing his intention we should support him and keep on highlighting issues like these.

Lets hope for the best. But lets have a reality check. Who can be members of JIT? bureaucrats, judges or police. How many of them are honest and competent ? probably not even 10%.

The people who are supposed to stop these things are actually beneficiary of this system and the current government is trying to fight the system of corrupt whereas the system is fighting for its survival. Now you and me have two options.

1. to put the burden of existing corrupt system on Imran Khan and demotivate him.
2. to encourage him his fight against the corrupt but on the sam time keeping him in check by highlighting the problems.

Choice is ours. Whether we want to change or we want to ridicule ?

@The Accountant You are right but by doing any possible cover up, JIT will be actually revealing a deeper dirt, of so called Islamic republic, where minor girls are being raped, with official permission, but not even otherwise active US /European NGO's are able to see the obvious oppression of girls /women in hundreds of shelter centers run under control of Pakistani politicians and bureaucracy.
Having said all that, situation is far worst under the ruler-ship of bani-gala. Actually IK is misusing riyasat Madina to ward off any possible suspicions.

Yup but expectations has to be realistic. He took responsibility but we have to give him time and support.

2 parties are rulling since 70s except for a periid of musharaf. They have planted persons in 5 decades in every area. Be honest to yourself and tell me is this is happening first time in the country ? Isnt this is the norm of the elites of Pakistan including civil servants, politicians, parlimantarians, generals and even religious leaders ?

How can u blame mess of all these on going issues on a person came to power just one year ago who dont even have majority without allied parties ?

Atleast he gave you sense of your rights that people like Miss Afshan dare to raise this and take stand as she know that with current judiciary and atleast with Imran Khan (not talking about whole PTI) this issue cant remain unnoticed.

Otherwise dont we know that such people end up either in jail or in graveyard under police encunter ...
