Superbike top speed culture in Pakistan and India

. . .
Let me remind the excited readers here that the Indian former cricketer Azharuddin's son died in a race-bike crash.

I have seen two idiotic teenage boys speeding on their bike on a semi-busy road with the bike's stand down to the road to generate sparks. Had a pothole come, their bike would have crashed, causing injury or death to themselves and others on the road.

And then there are the idiots who tamper with the silencer to produce even more noise.

Other such things.

Bikes and two wheelers in general are dangerous to the riders and the general public, cause pollution and chaos and should have been long banned.

At 250-300kmh nothing is safe
Anything above 80 in case of motorcycle is not safe. However, if you wear proper riding gears of good quality then 120 to 130 is ok but beyond that is highly risky other than on open roads like day time highways without traffic or tracks.

Pakistani biking culture is not about biking but a gathering of friends with common interest' Occasionally we do long tours and that too at reasonable average speed of around 100 to 120 with proper gears.

Oh there was a similar crash here. The guy sitting behind kicked the stand instead of centre stand it was the side stand and the bike rolled over crashing on to parked cars on the side of the road killing one person instantly.

Idiots.

And was the killed person from the bike or a bystander ?

Speeding in traffic is extremely uncommon in Delhi. We take our bikes on expressways for a fast run. More than 150 on city roads spoils the joy of riding, since most people on the roads are unpredictable.
Track days are extremely expensive here, and can easily cost 30k INR(400 USD). Smaller tracks maybe cheaper.
Riding twisties on mountain roads is fun, but you won't live long that way.

P. S. There are bold riders, and there are old riders. There are no bold old riders.

hahaha summarized is well. In Pakistan city speeds are not more than 100km/h infact our highways are also not capable of handling speeds higher than 160. Motorways are of very good quality but there are strict regulations and speed cameras on those so you cant really speed up.

160cc commuters are the actual superbikes in India.

Here we have Honda 150 cc commuters. Some of them are real fan of biking and goes for long tours even with families.

You can find video of people going to tough terrain of Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan over mountains on these small bikes. Somtime they go all the way from Karachi to Khunjerab Pass (China border)

On the bike, I don't know the driver or the guy who kicked the stand. No bystanders were killed fortunately

Any survivors on the bike should be made an example of. Severe punishment.

haha in here killing a man in a road accident get maximum two years for involuntary manslaughter. Besides, anyone been in a bike accident like that is a punishment in itself. I'm pretty sure the other guy will have permanent marks and been in the hospital for weeks if not months.
