Sunnis in Iran: How Sunnis live in a Shia country

The Shia-Sunni split is the greatest tragedy of islam and those that are fueling it are enemies of both.

As expected from Iran false news, inaccurate news or downright lies from Iran. Truth is that Non-Shia have it very hard. Life is not safe. Force to wear head veal, even if you are Christian, atheist or modern Sunni. Discrimination against non-Shia and non-Farsi people are facts.

I am a sunni, but from people who have travelled to Iran, i know that life is not different for Sunnis in Iran from Shiites. You will be forced to wear a veil in KSA too, even if you are a Christian, atheist or whatever.

I exactly wrote a long post and explained about the fake list that @Hussein posted, and then posted videos from sunni ulemah of Iran who talked about this issue. That documentary has nothing to do with Press tv. If you spent some time watching first parts of it, you'd see that it's actually a Sunni Egyptian who has made the whole thing and has nothing to do with any Iranian tv channel.

I never said they don't face any hardships, but that doesn't mean many bs spread by hostile media about situation of Sunnis in Iran are true. Yes they do have problems and the situation can improve indeed, but as I said, too many lies are out there which has fooled many gullible people.

Well, insulting the companions of Prophet Muhammad (saws), our Mother Aisha (ra), Umar (ra), Abu Bakr (ra), Uthman (ra) is very common in Iran.

See? That's another example of people being fooled. Insulting prophet's wives or other Caliphs is declared and considered as Haram by Iran's supreme leader and all major Shia scholars in the country.

I watched the entire PressTV state propaganda sponsored document and noticed that yet this does not prevent people from engaging in such practices. Also among Farsi pilgrims in Karbala and Najaf this behavior can be found which can be confirmed by Youtube videos.

Not applying for a foreign university is a personal choice of mine for personal reason, but let me assure you, had I ever tried applying for a university, in worst case, it would be 2 times better than the university you are studying in, and of course, without relying on daddy's money.
