Intense training brings more experience but in case of Indian training pilots gets so much tired they jump out of the plane by ejecting straight on their roof tops.
More on topic SU-30 plagued by engine failures and faulty fly by wire system, two main issues made SU-30 less reliable platform.

According to f16.net USAF crashed 5 f16ss alone in the last 6months not counting any other aircraft

The problem with fly by wire system was solved a long time ago I think in 2009 after one crash occurred due to this.

After i believe 4 or 5 crashes happen 3 of them due to fly by wire and rest engines problem.

Su30 is operated By Russians, Algerians, Indonesians and Indians.

Out off all three total crashes that occurred were from Indian air force. One Su30 of RAF was crashed during acrobats ......

IAF is still champ in plane crashing.....

my @$$. Su 27s have crashed multiple times in RAF from development onwards into induction and beyond. If you don't know about something don't talk about it.

Yours will go into inverted position without any pilot assistance only. The old and rickety planes will have their ailerons will probably jam because you forgot to put hydraulic oil in them.
