Recently a lot of media attention is been given to Tahir-Ul-Kadri, arrest orders of PM etc even in Indian media. I personally feel that no matter how tainted the PM of a country is, if arrest orders are issued against him/her it maligns that nations image in International media.
Take example of Bill Clinton. Even though he was found guilty in Monica Lewinsky case, he was not arrested. He was later on discharged from his duty. As a PM represents a country, his arrest sends out very wrong signals to the world.
