Suicide attack near Kabul hotel kills eight

who ever did this should be replied in the same tone. they killed our 8 we should go after 80.

Yes India should dispatch some of its massive army to fight these irhabists in Afghanistan ..May the victory be yours as its certinly havnt been for the Americans yet .

The hotel/ guest house/ RAW office.

Anyway you must get a grasp of inside information to know the casualty count there and what was going on there.

I think that given Pakistani paranoia about Indians in Afghanistan and the proven history (as far as the U.S. concern) about previous ISI attacks against Indian targets in Afghanistan that it is natural to assume Pakistani involvement in this and any future attacks against Indians in Afghanistan.
Ok
With TTP cought red handed while using the Indian made wepons in the South Waziristan ops and also the Interior minister pointing fingers at the Indian covert ops in Balochistan from across the durand line it is quit natural to assume that US(Despite knowing the facts) is acting all blind and letting their Indian friends do watever they would like to do in Afghanistan be it the destabilization of its frontline ally in the so called WOT .

Why complain about US, why not convince China about the weapons, get them on board. Who is stopping you, or do you feel if they say it is not convencing you are doomed.

This will continue until Pakistan reverses itself and not only condemns such attacks but demonstrates willingness to work either parallel or in cooperation with India to build Afghanistan rather than ruin or dominate it through proxies.
Yes this will continue untill the washington formerly decides that which entity (India or Pakistan) will be more crucial to its success in Afghanistan..Futher it will not stop untill Washington recognises the Indian anti state coverts ops being intialised from the territory of ISAF controlled Afghanistan against the state of Pakistan .

At one place you are assuming the Pakistani involvement in this deadly attack upon the Indians and on the other you are saying that Both Pakistan and India should asap leave their traditional enimity just for the sake of rebuilding Afghanistan on westren model of governmental architecture as defined by US and its allies .

'As far as the US is concerned' does not cut ice - either provide the evidence to back up this claim or if you want to go on faith and speculation alone, then the Pakistani claims regarding Indian involvement in terrorism are just as valid.

You cannot have it both ways, unless you are a troll.

When the U.S. left Afghanistan exclusively to Pakistani devices what we got was a Taliban that harbored al-Qaeda. Better for the U.S. to seek multiple partners that seek to build a happy and thriving Afghanistan, rather than a single partner who has demonstrated a desire to dominate it via a proxy. There is no reason Pakistan can't join in this process - and doing so in partnership with India and other nations would reduce India-Pakistan relations considerably.

The U.S. very much wants to believe that the GoP isn't involved in terrorism. Yet U.S. officials are sadly convinced they have proof that the ISI was behind the bombing of the Indian embassy in Kabul last year. So I don't feel the need for my government to make public its evidence. Indeed, I feel that for the U.S. or Britain or even India to prove such things publicly and conclusively is a last resort, for they would rather work with the civilian government than embarrass it publicly.

Yet our government do need to make evidence public because our armed forces and government are somewhat less credible than GoA? Given your record of indoctrinating masses with chicanery of ready-made lies and half-truths on multiple occasions, whether its WMDs in Iraq or presence of BW / Xe in Pakistan, I think otherwise. More nonsensical verbosity and nothing more.

And with the same Taliban US was dealing when you oil tycoons were their and your giant oil company was provided all assurance by Taliban,

India is not at all party to this entire scenario. The US should mind its own business. Its all about Iran-Afghanistan-Pakistan where as US wants to eat the pie alone and also doesnt want to get hurt which is not possible.

Mmmm, no I don't think so. For one thing, while American politicians can be duplicitous, they can't get away with it to the same extent Pakistani politicians can, nor do I sense they are messing with Americans' minds on Pakistani affairs. So I believe U.S. officials have greater credibility than Pakistani ones here, and thus consider U.S. claims valid.

Furthermore, I don't even believe the claims of GoP officials that they feel the Indians are involved are honest.

The situation could be clarified by the U.S. publicizing its evidence. That would embarrass Pakistan, break up the remaining Pakistan-U.S. alliance, and probably destroy the civilian government. The U.S. doesn't want that. Does that mean, AM, that because proofs aren't presented these things didn't happen as described?

That didn't mean they were happy with the situation, just that they were willing to work with it. Until 9-11.

I'm afraid I don't understand you.

Pakistan was left rouge cripled with sanctions . Though the Taliban harboured alqaida but tat would not have happened if the US have played a significant role in settling afghanistan after the soviet withdrawl but its all a difrent story . As your own secretery of state says " You reap what you saw " so why Blame tat pooch which you raised up and then left alone in the midst of Evil so tat it can come to bite you again .

Is there a Pakistani in the house who can set Mr. Cyanogen straight here?

Though the Taliban harboured alqaida but tat would not have happened if the US have played a significant role in settling afghanistan after the soviet withdrawl
Would it? The main problem after the Soviets withdrew was the mujaheds squabbling among themselves for power. Mediating that required leverage, which boiled down to logistical support - and that lever was held by Pakistan, not the U.S. Still, I think Afghanistan would have been better had the U.S. then sought partnership with Pakistan (no India required!) to build Afghanistan, rather than leave Afghanistan to be Pakistan's plaything.

why Blame tat pooch which you raised up and then left alone in the midst of Evil so tat it can come to bite you again .
It was the ISI which cobbled together "tat pooch" (the Taliban) out of bits of the formerly U.S.-supported insurgency plus the graduates of Pakistani madrassas.
