Suggest solution to Indo bangla Border issues

so you have no issues your citizens getting shot? crossing a border shouldnt be a crime punishable by death. Your constitution doesnt say, nor does any constitution in the world bar north korea's. Its very barbaric and vile. I am sure the great mahatma gandhi would have rejected such actions.

LOL from when did you started respecting Gandhi..better stick with Jinnah who is the cause for the fence in the first place.

I have always resented Jinnah and a great admirer of Mohandas Gandhi.

Actually A Pakistani near the border is certainly not invited unless done so under controlled environment, a Bangladesh citizen can come cross border and do trade but things should be documented to assure a return, opening border is for enhancing trade and relations but you know illegal immigration problem is creating trouble and is proving counter productive. Even with a sealed border people will be able to transpass to do trade and in the mean time those rouge actors can be controlled. Its not that the fence will be made to seal out Bangladesh, it is just to keep an check. Transpassing any international border without authority is illegal I think, even an Indian without proper document in Bangladesh would be questions and might be shoot if attempt to flew away, I think.

I wrote it in another thread. Writing again... mine the border, electrify the fence, equip BSF with super dupper Sniper with thermo detector, declare bangladesh hostile nation.........no need of this friendship.

India want to protect her border not to mine and kill innocent Bangladeshis or declare a war upon a nation whom she helped gaining independence from the autocracy of Pakistan, does it make India your enemy?

It is a crime but not punishable by death, and BSF is not an authority to punish somebody, only courts can decide.

BSF is allowed to take action in the line of duty, so is anybody guarding a secure installation.

Here is some more shocking news for you, if you try to jump a defence installation India, you may get shot(that is not a punishment for any crime).
If you try to run away when police is chasing you, you may get shot(running is not a punishable offence)

Try to rob a bank, and you may not have much time to decide the quantum of punishment you deserve.

I respectfully disagree with mahatma gandhi, if he held any such view, which does not permit somebody to use firearm in line of duty, for which he is made responsible.

Bangladesh is not north korea, our citizens have the right to travel any where they want, it is your responsibility to tighten your security.

No you are wrong, rights are just limited upon a citizens own nation, Bangladeshis can travel to India and are welcomed but unauthorised entry and settlement might not be encouraged. So is the fence, why is the problem?
