There should be "Web News channel" allowing common people to upload the video of local events.
I am dam sick of our controlled/sold media. Isn't "You-tube" allowing live video streaming ??? That can solve the problems of people who aren't in good terms with established media.

On topic : News of AK-47 is really disturbing. Condition of UP - one of the biggest states in India is worrisome.

Nice idea but who would authenticate these news sources as this "Web News channel" could easily turn into rumour spreading mill with fake propaganda videos and there would be slugfest of claims and counter claims...

UP needs to get its act together. Parts of it sound like some sort of ungoverned failed state and not a part of modern day India.

Before talking about any other case, UP needs to be broken up into smaller states. It has a population of almost the entire United States!
